One factory.
Twenty-three years.
Know U began in 2003 with a single eyeshadow palette. Today, the same campus holds R&D, color development, production, quality control and warehousing under one roof.
Our story
Built around one idea:
keep it in-house.
We started with one pressing machine and a small color bench. Every step that could be kept under our own roof was brought in-house: pigment milling, formula development, filling, inspection and warehousing.
That choice still shapes how we work. A new shade moves from the color lab to a production line without leaving the building, and the same team that develops it signs off on the first batch.
