Know U began in 2003. What started with a single eyeshadow palette now runs across R&D, color development, filling, quality control and warehousing — all on one campus. Today, 380 people, 35,000 m² of production space and 33 lines make color for consumers around the world.

Two factories and 25,000 m² of production space cover powder pressing, cream filling, nail color blending and tool assembly. From raw material intake to finished goods, the entire process stays on one campus.
