From formula to finished carton.

Formula & color
Powder, cream and nail formulas are developed and matched in our color lab before a batch is released to the floor.

Powder pressing
Eyeshadow, blush and face powders are pressed on dedicated lines with controlled pressure and humidity.

Cream & gel filling
Foundations, lip products and nail color are filled in cleanrooms with temperature and humidity control.

Assembly & packing
Brushes, sponges and puffs are assembled, inspected and packed alongside the color lines.

Quality release
Every batch passes three inspection gates and is retained before it leaves the building.
